  • Recruit knights

Per knight = 1 peasant + 1 food unit + 20 gold pieces

  • Hire mercenaries

Per mercenary = 25 gold pieces (limited to the number of knights)

  • Establish new town

Per town = 10,000 gold pieces (limited to 5 towns with a capacity of 5,000 townsmen each; available only in advanced games)

  • Buy livestock

Per livestock = 1 food unit + 5 gold pieces (per order up to 100 livestock)

  • Agricultural research

Per research = gold invested + 1 gold piece per peasant (up to 0.90)

  • Spy

Per spy = 100 gold pieces

  • Mining

Per mine = gold invested + 100 gold pieces for mine constructed automatically + 10 peasants (up to 4 mines per fief plus 2 mines per mountain, in total not more than 9)

  • Search for minerals

Per mineral = gold invested

  • Construct mine

Per mine = 100 gold pieces + 10 peasants (up to 4 mines per fief plus 2 mines per mountain, in total not more than 9)

  • Foreign trade

Per ship = gold invested

  • Strengthen castle

Per point = 1,000 gold pieces per ten points value of castle (per order up to 10,000 gold pieces, in total up to 90 points)

  • Build ship

Per ship = 400 gold pieces + 10 townsmen

  • Buy ship

Per ship = 800 gold pieces + 10 townsmen

  • Build market place

Per market place = 300 gold pieces (per 50 townsmen 1 market place, up to 20 market places in total)

  • Build fishing village

Per fishing village = 300 gold pieces + 10 peasants (per fiefdom 2 fishing villages, 5 for fiefdoms adjacent to rivers or marsh land, 8 for fiefdoms adjacent to the sea)

  • Build saw mills

Per saw mi.l = 100 gold pieces + 5 peasants (per fiefdom 2 saw mills plus 2 per wood adjacent, up to a total of 9)

  • Bribe fiefdom

Per bribe = gold invested (not more than 1,000 gold pieces per order)

  • Acquire privilege

Per privilege = dependent of privilege

It is important keep in mind that different conditions can occur for different scenarios. I.e. ships could be more expensive, to break the oath could be more expensive etc. It is always important to read the scenario description.
